We originally designed this kite tool for the classic Bride's Bouquet block used in our new Wild Rose Bouquet quilt; the pattern has been scheduled for the October issue of American Patchwork and Quilting magazine and is called "Fresh Cuts." But then we started playing with it! What a great shape! Because it's measured in different ways in different block designs, we call the sizes Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. Those sizes are perfect companions for Set E and the Kaleido-Rulers, and it fits the 45-degree diamond in the Stripper template set. The instructions include step-by-steps for cutting all sizes from strips and as many ideas as we could come up with. It's great for blocks like stars and wheels and for cutting string-pieced shapes, too.
