This medium weight quilting / craft cotton is suitable for patchwork and quilting along with many craft uses such as bags, purses, cushions, curtains and clothing.
For curtains you will need a suitable backing fabric as this will not block out the light on its own. We do not sell curtain backing.
For dressmaking it tends to be less soft and have a stiffer drape than apparel cotton. It is best suited to garments that require little to no stretch, are structured and loose fitting. We also sell jersey licensed fabrics.
No specific care instructions have been provided by the manufacturer.
Therefore we would suggest proceed with caution:
Cool wash, wash like colours together, cool iron, no bleech, do not tumble dry, test fabrics for colour fastness and shrinkage prior to use.
